- I don’t have a designer, can you please help me to design a new package?
—Yes, SemPacking has a professional team, we can advise on your material, thickness and co-create the new design for your packaging free of charge.
- How can I make sure the printing color is what I wanted for?
—In order to minimize the color differences, we suggest our clients to send us the actual color sample or use correct Pantone color code so we can be as consistent as possible. Nevertheless, please kindly note that there might still be small color differences due to the application of different material or operation adjustment.
- What is the lead time?
—The production will start once the design is confirmed, it will take 12 – 15 days in general.
